Amazing staff and restaurants and the view.

The view from our room and from the pool area was stunning. The room is spotless, and having a kitchen is very convenient.

Town is a little bit empty. But if you rented a car you're gucci.

We had a studio apartment and couldn't ask for more it was better than expected, everything we needed was in our room including a fan, the balcony was just another room with 2 loungers and table and chairs and the sea front view was to die for ️ we was over for a wedding so didn't use the hotel facilities but hotel has a big pool, restaurant, supermarket, cafes, restaurants all close by, hope to return for another visit

Exceptional

This is a lovely quiet hotel in a beautiful location. We had a wonderful seaview from our balcony. It was so relaxing to sit looking at the sea and hearing the sound of the waves below. The pool was very nice and very clean. There were plenty of sunbeds available. We did not eat in the hotel but there were a number of very nice restaurants across the road from the hotel. Finally the staff were all very nice and helpful.

We liked everything.

A brilliant stay and booked to return next year

Attractive, clean , comfortable , spacious accommodation in a great location. Staff are all charming and helpful and able to communicate without difficulty in English. An added bonus were the excercise classes available along with a few UK TV channels. Enjoyable and efficient breakfast . Enjoyable meal with entertainment in the Sea Soul restaurant at the hotel. Other evenings able to enjoy a drink on a terrace whilst listening to the live music in the restaurant. We have already booked to return at the same time next January

Great holidays with family, convenient location if you have a car.

Amazing location in a quiet and cozy place. Apartments with all that you need. There is a fridge, pans, cutlery so you can easily cook your breakfast or even more. Also the dishes in the restaurant are good. Very polite and kind reception team.

May be the rooms are a bit outdated, old fashioned, but at the end you get your value for money. Great location with amazing sea or mountain views

This hotel has a quiet charm and elegance even though it's lots of fun to be here too! The staff are all very pleasant and extremely helpful and the location is perfect for my needs. The pools here are big enough for an enjoyable swim, there's also a charming little beach a few minutes walk from the hotel

Was a nice holiday spent there, but didn’t feel that comfortable !

What we loved the most was the area where the hotel was placed! Amazing views of the ocean and mountains as well, loved that! Also outside the hotel was the tennis area , massage/manicure/pedicure facilities , gym, a special space created outside for yoga/aerobic or other stuff like this. Lots of palms and playground area for kids. So yeah, what I liked the most was the outside and the area where the hotel was! Lovely!

What I didn’t like was that the “all inclusive” package was a bit poor. We were expecting more drinks included / food. The food was good but not the best, I really appreciated the plating though. Also the fact that the beds in the room were separated even if they were placed once next to each other, this wasn’t that comfortable. Regarding the cleaning , the bad linen, the bathroom , the kitchen , I can say that could’ve be done in a better way but at least was clean . We stayed 6 days and in the second one we saw 2 cockroaches in the kitchen, but that was the first and only time when we saw them, thanks god. It’s not a bad place to book your holiday, not at all, especially if you don’t book the “all inclusive” package maybe it’s cheaper and tastier to cook by yourself ( but who wants to do that on holiday?) . I guess we were just expecting a bit more from a 4 stars hotel , that’s all, but it’s worth visiting at least once. We all have different tastes anyways, this is just my and my partner impression.

This is a really good place: located near groceries and restaurants, quiet, with a big parking, not pricey, with nice big rooms. Technically, this is a classic resort hotel with a large swimming pool and sea view, but it has its own romance and privacy. Highly recommend.

The restaurant is not open all day long... probably, that's all.

The room was very spacious, clean and comfortable. The pool was lovely and plenty of sunbeds so we didn’t have to worry about not getting one. The staff were brilliant aswell!

Nice hotel, close to the beach. Good location, good food.

Nice and friendly staff, good location if you dont need nightlife, nice large parking lot close to the hotel, nice beach near the hotel. Decent breakfasts (terrible coffe though), every day the same, but decent choice. Served dinners (we didnt have AI), good variety and choices. Taste was good. Easy check-in and check-out.

Expensive drinks at the restaurant (wi didnt have AI), hotel could at least provide complimentary water bottle with the dinner. Street facing rooms are a bit noisy at night (not hotels fault). On our arrival, neither room was ready for 3 persons, only 2 beds were made. We had to make the third one ourselves, the reception just gave us the sheets and towels. We requested to have two adjacent rooms when booking (months in advance), this request was not fullfilled, we had the rooms in separate wings, at least the were on the same floor.

Very Good

Clean, big room, close to and with seaside view, nice and responsive staff, kitchen quite well equipped.

Not that comfortable beds and only two single beds option, which you can join together but cmon. We had the apartment on the ground floor and there’s a garden outside so it’s bound to happen that some bugs will join you. Also, there are lots of people walking by, there’s no light curtains so if you want natural light and privacy, good luck.

Nice hotel in quiet area

The common areas are decorated nicely. Enough space to sit down and chill or have a good view for sun set. The apartment is big and has a comfortable mattress. Kitchen has also a freezer which is a big plus. The view from the balcony is really nice - you will catch a lot of sun sets. I would recommend to book a room with sea view, because of the nice breeze from the sea at night. The gym is equipped well. The pool and the pool area are very clean. Huge variety of food at breakfast. There is a book exchange area on every floor! Free parking.

We would have liked typical canarian food at breakfast – is was mostly continental (but delicious). The rooms don’t have AC and the rooms facing the sea have sun the whole afternoon and evening. An umbrella for the balcony is available at an extra cost of 10€ per week (non-refundable!). The provided stand ventilator is too loud for during night use. If you open the window, you will get a lot of mosquitos at night. Insect screen windows would help a lot. The pool lighting is really bright at night, so it lights up your room and could hinder sensitive people to sleep if you have the window opened - which you will have to due to the missing AC. So bring your sleeping mask! Unfortunatley, the coffee at breakfast is really really bad. You should bring your own mokka maker to cook your own at your room or prepare to dring tea. People are making sunbed reservations in the morning even the pool rules don‘t allow that. The staff doesn‘t do anything about it. Rarely free spots at the small parking lot next to the hotel – there is a big parking lot at the beach 300m down the street. Prepare to walk up a small hill from this parking lot up to the hotel. If you come early you will get a spot at the street next to the hotel.
