An unexpected gem

All staff and service were excellent. The food was great, both breakfast and dinner. The pool and pool bar was lovely. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable.

Whilst the rooms had fans, it would have benefited from air conditioning as temperatures were 35 degrees outside and 'too warm' to sleep well at night. This is the only minor comment in an otherwise fantastic stay.

Nice Pool, good breakfast, but for a 4 Star Hotel on an Island like Tenerife you expect an Airconditioning. Very nice workers. Room was nice equipped and spacious.

For a 4 Star Hotel on an Island like Tenerife you expect an Airconditioning. After showering I was drying my hair but had to shower again since there was no circulation in the bathroom. There was also no option to connect the fan while drying my hair. When opening the terrace cockroaches came in, despite being on the second floor. Which I know is not the hotels fault but a problem of the island, but nevertheless no air conditioning was a big problem.

Amazing hotel

The location was fab. Bus stop close bye. Lots of restaurants near the hotel. Hotel food was amazing. Views were outstanding! I went with my 2 daughters who enjoyed snorkeling on the beach daily. The pool area was spotless and staff very friendly! Rooms fully equipped with excellent views, the beds were fantastic! I hate a hard bed but these were soft and comfy. I will definitely visit again!

The views were fabulous. The staff were helpful and friendly. The hotel was clean. The food was good.

Great hotel by the ocean, with amazing views

We had an amazing view over the beach, ocean and cliffs from our balcony. Playa de Abajo is just down a few stairs from the hotel. The room was more like an apartment, equipped with kitchen appliances. The hotel's outdoor pool was also very nice and there was a great view over La Gomera from the sunbeds. The location is very convenient, there's a larger free parking nearby, a supermarket and many restaurants.

All facilities, spacious room, location, the pool

No aircon although it wasn't a big problem. We kept the balcony door open and listened to the ocean.

Our stay exceeded our expectations and the photos do not do the hotel justice.

The breakfast was extremely good and all of the staff were helpful & attentive. We were also given gluten free bread & pastries which were very good The location was excellent

There was not enough furniture in the Room (219) A chest of drawers was needed and there was plenty of empty space where it could have gone

What was the highlight of Atlantic Holiday Hotel

Our holiday was amazing, staff exceptional and the only thing that we can fault is variety of food.

Hotel location is excellent just by the sea and we were lucky to get sea view room, even though we haven't asked for it. View from the room as from the pool was breath taking. Hotel staff absolutely down to earth, friendly, helpful and always with the smile on their faces. Facilities were cleaned on daily basis, our room was spotless, there were always free sun beds by the pool, so we didn't have to rush to reserve them first thing in the morning. There is no air conditioning in the hotel, but we had fan which was perfect for us. Atlantic Holidays is eco friendly and you can spot it straight away.

We've booked all inclusive basis and were a bit disappointed with variety of the food, my partner who's vegetarian didn't have many options on the menu. Don't get me wrong food was tasty and we did manage to have few nice starters, however walk in customers to restaurant did have better options. All inclusive would be much better if there was more options and maybe implementing local cuisine would be a good idea.

Relaxing, all-inclusive hotel with great staff

Our stay at the Atlantic Hotel was our first all-inclusive experience and we loved it! We spent 4 nights there. The best part by far are the staff. They're very welcoming and charming - and the lifeguard is a dancer! The area is also quite chill and quiet, which makes it A LOT better than the busy and overpriced touristic areas nearer the airport. Unlimited drinks was a fantastic addition, with a nice selection available. Food was great too - although with some hits and misses - it was overall tasty and we surely gained some weight. The room was bigger than our flat - with a living room, bedroom, bathroom and kitchen. And there are some nice entertainment facilities, such as the salty swimming pool (the 2nd pool wasn't open), table tennis and darts. Overall, we very were happy with the experience and would repeat.

We pretty much liked everything. A minor point is that one day, the cleaners didn't clean our room, but there may have been some misunderstanding. The beds were two singles instead of a big one. Finally, the 2nd big pool wasn't open, despite the pictures, although it was fine for us since there weren't that many people.

The hotel is very clean with a wonderful location and great facilities. The staff are friendly and helpful.

We definitely had a great time at Atlantic Holiday which exceeded our expectations!

The hospitality was on point! We booked a studio with a sea view and it exceeded our expectations. The room is cleaned every day thanks to the fantastic maids. The pool was also amazing, the water is just suitable for swimming.
